4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 lemon, juiced and zested
Instructions
Turn on Instant Pot sauté function and heat olive oil
Add chicken thighs and brown for 1-2 minutes per side
Add garlic and fresh herbs; sauté 1 minute
Pour in broth, paprika, salt, and pepper
Close lid, set to high pressure and cook for 10 minutes
Allow natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release remaining pressure
Open and stir in lemon juice and zest
