Ingredients
2 pounds chicken wings (about 20 wings)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sugar-free barbecue sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Pat chicken wings dry and toss with olive oil and dry rub
Bake wings for 35 minutes until golden and starting to crisp
Brush sugar-free barbecue sauce over wings and return to oven
Bake 10 more minutes until glaze is sticky and caramelized
Notes
Use thawed frozen wings or fresh
Brush additional sauce on wings during second baking
For extra crispy skin, broil 1-2 minutes after baking
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days
