Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl
Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Roast for 20 minutes, then remove and add halved beef bacon strips
Return to oven and roast 10 minutes or until sprouts are caramelized and bacon is crispy

For frozen sprouts, thaw and pat dry before proceeding
Use low-sodium halal beef bacon if desired
