Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 cup almond flour
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix almond flour with melted butter and a pinch of sea salt. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 jars and press down to form a base. Chill for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until soft and smooth. Gradually add powdered erythritol and vanilla extract, beating until fluffy.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jar, distributing evenly. Top with halved fresh strawberries.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy cold.
Notes
For best texture, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
You can prepare the jars the night before and refrigerate overnight.
Top with a few extra strawberry slices for garnish before serving.
