Ingredients

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Cut cauliflower into small florets and steam for 8-10 minutes until tender
Place steamed cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture
