Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken breast, cubed
4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or ghee)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked preferred)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add butter and garlic; sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes)
Increase heat to medium-high and add chicken cubes
Cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown
Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper; cook 2-3 minutes until fully cooked
Remove from heat and serve
Notes
Use ghee instead of butter for dairy-free
Chicken thighs add extra richness
Add fresh thyme or rosemary for extra flavor
Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days
