1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot Original, sugar-free)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels
Toss wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder
Arrange on wire rack over baking sheet, skin side up
Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness
Meanwhile, mix melted butter with hot sauce for buffalo coating
Toss cooked wings in the sauce until fully coated
Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce
