Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, salt, and pepper until combined
Form into 24 small bite-sized balls
In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and paprika
In another bowl, beat egg
Dip chicken bites into egg, then coat with almond flour mixture
Place on a greased baking sheet
Drizzle with oil
Bake 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning
