Ingredients
12 large eggs
1 lb halal turkey sausage, sliced
8 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 zucchini, cut into rounds
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Brush skewers with olive oil and thread eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers
Arrange skewers on a baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake for 20 minutes until eggs are lightly golden
Notes
Use halal-certified turkey sausage for authenticity
