Ingredients
12 large eggs
1 1/2 cups shredded halal cheddar cheese
8 oz halal-certified turkey ham, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Whisk eggs in a large bowl, then stir in turkey ham, bell pepper, spinach, onion, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika
Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top
Bake for 32-35 minutes until golden and set
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving
Notes
Use fresh or frozen spinach; thaw and drain if frozen
Turkey ham can be replaced with halal ground beef or additional cheese for a meat-free version
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days
