  • 12 tablespoons raw organic honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh organic berries
  • 23 tablespoons organic nuts and seeds
  • 24 tablespoons filtered water, optional
  • Pinch of sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Measure 1 cup organic low-fat cottage cheese into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Remove the organic cold-pressed flax oil from the refrigerator.
  3. Check that the flax oil smells fresh and nutty.
  4. Grind the whole organic flaxseeds immediately before using.
  5. Measure the berries, nuts, and seeds and keep them separate.
  6. Pour the cold-pressed flax oil directly over the cottage cheese.
  7. Stir slowly for 2-3 minutes until the flax oil is completely incorporated.
  8. Add the freshly ground flaxseeds.
  9. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  10. Drizzle the raw organic honey over the mixture.
  11. Fold in the fresh berries gently.
  12. Sprinkle the nuts and seeds over the top.
  13. Add a pinch of sea salt if desired.
  14. Add filtered water 1 tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too thick.
  15. Serve immediately for the best freshness and texture.

Notes

Use organic cold-pressed flax oil stored in a dark glass bottle in the refrigerator. Grind flaxseeds fresh, mix slowly for full emulsification, and consume the recipe immediately after assembly.
