Instructions
- Fill a glass with 6 to 8 ounces of filtered or room-temperature water.
- Measure exactly ½ teaspoon food-grade baking soda.
- Add the baking soda to the glass of water.
- Stir immediately and vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds until fully dissolved.
- Add fresh lemon juice if desired.
- Add raw honey if you prefer a slightly sweeter taste.
- Add a tiny pinch of sea salt if using.
- Stir again for 15 to 20 seconds until everything is fully combined.
- Drink immediately while the mixture is still fizzy.
- Sip slowly instead of gulping.
- Wait at least 30 minutes before eating for best results.
Notes
Always use food-grade baking soda, not baking powder. Do not exceed ½ teaspoon per serving. Use room-temperature or slightly warm water so the baking soda dissolves smoothly, and drink the shot fresh for best results.
